Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. chicken Stove Top stuffing mix
1 to 2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup
2 to 3 shakes hot sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. hot dog relish
Method:
Combine meat, chopped onion, eggs and 1/2 cup catsup together. Pour 1 cup boiling water over stuffing mix. Let stand. Add crumbs and meat mixture. Mix thoroughly and form into loaf. Blend together 1 cup catsup, hot sauce, brown sugar and relish. Spoon over meat and pour a little water around meatloaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
