Ingredient:
1 cup oatmeal, bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or crushed flake cereal, 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning or 1 teaspoon sage, 1 teaspoon thyme, and 1 teaspoon white pepper
salt to taste, 1 egg, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1/2 cup minced onion, 1 minced clove garlic.
Method:
At first, blend all ingredients together and shape into meat loaf. Finally, Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
How much beef? Probably obvious to most kitchen folk, but I don't do enough cooking to know how much beef to add. Thanks.
