Basic Meatloaf Recipe No-5

1lb of ground beef (or 2lbs. if you are feeding more than 4)
1 raw egg (per lb. of meat)
crushed crackers (approx 1/2 cup per lb. of meat)
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion

Mix together and shape into a loaf pan.

Bake at 375-400 degrees (ovens differ) until done (about 45 minutes to an hour).

Serve with optional catsup, salt and pepper to taste.
